When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and any optional survey responses you provide (e.g. product interest, experience level, tools you use). We may also collect technical data such as IP address and a non-identifying device fingerprint to prevent abuse and duplicate signups.
How we use it
We use your email to notify you when our products (Nootka Compass and Nootka Bridge) are available. Survey responses help us build features that matter to you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Where data is stored
Our waitlist is powered by Cloudflare Workers and D1. Data is processed and stored in accordance with Cloudflare’s data processing terms. Our marketing site is served via Cloudflare Pages.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your waitlist data by contacting us. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our site or waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance.
